The first issue is the cartoons that insulting "Islam". I found a comics journal that was released on the Comics Journal Website entitled "Cartoons of Mass Destruction: The Whole Story Behind the Danish 12" written by Micheal Dean on 11 April 2006.This issue regarding this matter have insulting many Muslims around the world. It's creates an anger and upset towards the muslim societies. The photo or drawing of Prophet Muhammad. It’s been a controversy because no one alive nowadays would have seen his face or even draw it.
Gailman (2006) said, "I don't really think this is about the power of comics, other than the power that images have to transcend language". It’s wrong and inappropriate for the Muslims views because it potrait the Prophet. While
Dean (2006), said this is the frist time and biggest ever comic-related news story.
Who to be blame?
In the journal, most of the people blame the cartonist as stupid that I would agreed for. It creates chaos. Many people demand an apology from Denmark, since they was the first to released the cartoons. It creates chaos around the world. In Khan (2006) article "Pakistan Kids Rally Over Prophet Cartoons" mentions about 5,000 kids in Pakistan chanting "Hang those who insulted the prophet" rallied in the latest protest againts the publication of cartoons of Prophet Muhammad. In his article, Opposition lawmaker Liaqat Baluch, deputy secretary-general of the coalition said "line should be drawn" between freedom of expression —the justification newspapers gave for reproducing the drawings, which Muslims consider blasphemous—and actions that offend cultural sensitivities and a freedom of expression that destroys world peace is against basic human rights." Baluch also said that, the EU must take steps to ensure that another controversy such as the cartoon dispute doesn't occur in the future.
What should have and what should not
Generally speaking, a good design should not have anything that will insult or raise anger of a certain community especially againts their culture or religion.

The second issue is about the blogging issue. The article was released on the Digital Media News For Asia Website entitled "Blogging is social phenomenon in Asia: report" written by Parthajit on 28 November 2006.
Blogging is a social phenomenon nowadays. Almost all people do blog. Why? Because blogs are a lot easier than creating a Webpage. Also blog is a place to share information, interests, hobbies, and etc. There are a lots of things can do in blog. So that why people nowadays do blogging.
The phenomenon in Asia
According to Parthajit(2006), a recent study or reseach done by Microsoft's MSN and Windows Live Online Services Business, Asia's blogosphere is surging forward with nearly half, 46 per cent, of those online actively blogging and people primarily blogging as a means to maintain and build their social connections and to express themselves.

Well, its a different story in Malaysia. In Yoeh (2007) article "How should bloggers be classified", a recent report by Bernama, a Malaysian National News Agency, Malaysia Information Minister, Zainuddin Maidin wants to classify bloggers as professionals and non-professionals to prevent missuse of blogs. Zainuddin Maidin said during a press conference, "this classification will also facilitate the action to be taken against those found to have violated the country's laws". It is to ensure the blogs content was based on truth and not rumours since many bloggers are anonymous.

The third issue is Wikipedia
As a student, free sources would be enough for me. Wikipedia, online encyclopaedia to be an invaluable source of information. But the sources in Wikipedia are doubtful whether it is credible or not.

What is Wikipedia
Wikipedia is an encyclopedia written collaboratively by many of its readers. Lots of people are constantly improving Wikipedia, making thousands of changes an hour, all of which are recorded on article histories and recent changes. Inappropriate changes are usually removed quickly.
In Brian Bergstein article, "Wikipedia to seek proof of credentials; High-ranking contributor lied about being a professor of theology", mentions that even a high-ranking member of Wikipedia's bureaucracy used his cloak of anonymity to lie about being a professor of religion, the free Internet encyclopedia plans to ask contributors who claim such credentials to identify themselves.
We can do editing in Wikipedia?
Yes, it can. This is why people are asking about the Wikipedia credibility, because anyone can editing it. According to Ed Oswald article, "Wikipedia Credibility Under Fire Again", stated that some may be editing their own entries or intentionally posting false information . In terms of credibility, since anyone can edit the content on Wikipedia, its content should probably be used with a critical eye. There is no telling whether the person who last edited the page was really a knowledgeable expert or someone without any real knowledge of the subject mater who just wanted to edit the page or someone in between. Also, since posting often occurs anonymously, there is a lack of accountability that increases the questions about credibility.
The founder of Wikipedia
In the Ed Oswald article, "Wikipedia Credibility Under Fire Again", an investigation by Rogers Cadenhead of the technology Web log Workbench uncovered that the founder of Wikipedia, Jimmy Wales had changed his own biography for 18 times.
We can use Wikipedia for academic purpose?
From my view point, I think we can use Wikipedia for academic purpose but those sources from Wikipedia must come along with futher research.

The fourth issue is Movie Piracy
Since the internet developed and developing, piracy and copyrights become a big issues. The internet really bring someone a big money but it also cost someone a lots of money. Movie piracy become worst and worsen nowadays, many countries tries to terminate them using numerous of plan. The main sources of imported pirate film DVDs in the UK are Pakistan, Malaysia and China, while Russia has a thriving counterfeit market.
"Preventing Movie Piracy; Researchers are developing tools to thwart the copying of films in theaters" article by Kate Greene mentions that Paris-bases Thomson, provides technology to the entertaiment and media industry, is expoloring methods for thwarting at least one type of bootlegger; the convert camcoder user. The techniques are involves inserting 'artifacts' such extra frames, or pixelated grid patterns into movie during its digital-processing phase before it is deliver to the cinema. Jian Zhao, chief technology officer of subsidiary Thomson Content Security , says The goal is to mar a camcorder recording without degrading the images moviegoers see.
What UK Film Council tries?
From the BBC News Network, I found an article about "Crackdown urged on film piracy" , stated that UK Film Council is urging a change in the law to tackle the problem of fil piracy and illegal DVD sales. They recommended a new powers to settle down this issues and also suggesting the use of camcoders to record films in cinema is a criminal offense.
What will Malaysia do?
Using dogs sniifing disc to counter-measure piracy. An article by Julia Zappei, Malaysia to form canine anti-piracy unit, mentions the Malaysia Governement hopes to obtain special dogs trained in Ireland to sniff out bootlegged DVDs to combat piracy.
The Peer to Peer Network
Piracy works in peer to peer network. It is such as easy way to get a movie, just download it from people. Sharing software such as Kazza, just surf what you looking for and then download. Simple. Now there are tons of peer to peer network available on the net. In some cases, University, an artile by Joe Vester "University ranks 2nd for movie piracy" mentions that movie piracy works towards sharing between universities in United States.
How to end of this?
From my opinion, its hard to solve or terminate this issue because it is people demand and needs. Also it brings lots of money. When it can bring a lot of money, the people will still find a way to create and sell piracy movie even the government tries to bust it in numerous of way. I think it is the internet fault. Without internet, the piracy issues will be slow and without internet, we will become uncivilized.
